Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations management.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and develop employees.
• Oversee multiple shop operations and plan daily manpower.
• Provide support to operations on equipment issues and cost optimization.
• Ensure clean, safe working conditions and compliance with policies.
• Interview and hire for shop positions.
