Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Fleet Service Representative to be the primary contact in a call center for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, entering service requests into the Fleet Management System, and liaising with repair vendors. You will ensure timely service delivery, update records for tracking, verify warranties, and generate performance reports to support continuous improvement.

Strong data entry, communication, and vendor management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business administration or related fields is a plus.
• Service writing experience is required.
• Strong data entry, organizational and customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance processes and repair workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs with site managers and vendors.
• Compare repair times from different vendors.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Verify warranties for repairs and parts.
• Assign repairs to preferred vendors with contractual agreements.
• Schedule services and confirm work completion with vendors.
• Update service records in the FMS for tracking and reporting.
• Resolve issues related to repair timelines, costs, and vendor performance.
• Adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Generate performance reports for continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with site managers and vendors.
• Prioritize customer service and continuous improvement.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
