Cox Enterprises Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to join the team. You will manage fleet operations logistics, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, and accurate data entry. The role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; up to 2 years in related field.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Degree in related discipline or industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call, recording unit location.
• Ensure accurate billing information communicated to service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
