Cox Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. This fully remote/hybrid role supports fleet logistics, handles inbound calls, and ensures accurate data capture for service providers.

Training begins with flexible scheduling in a 24/7 environment, enabling reliable customer communication and efficient issue resolution. Ideal candidates bring up to 2 years in customer service, with strong data entry and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and precisely recording the unit’s location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
