Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist for Cox Fleet in a remote US setting. You will manage fleet logistics, handle inbound/outbound calls, gather accurate info and ensure timely updates to customers and service providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call and record the unit’s location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
