Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support fleet maintenance operations. The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, documenting interactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

The position involves proactive scheduling, collaboration with Field Operations to deploy the right technicians, and ongoing improvements to dispatch and scheduling capabilities within Cox Fleet IT systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating across teams and scheduling work.

Responsibilities

• Managing maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Documenting customer interactions in Cox Fleet systems.
• Providing excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Scheduling preventative maintenance and coordinating with technicians.
• Partnering with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
• Encouraging proactive maintenance to sustain repeat business.
• Continuously improve dispatching and service scheduling processes.
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
