Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and streamline maintenance workflows. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle, coordinating with field teams, and delivering superior service to clients across the fleet network.

You will engage with customers, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate updates in Cox Fleet IT systems, driving a reliable service pipeline and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with trucking/fleet operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer contacts in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customer approval for all repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work.
