Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is hiring a Fleet Services Specialist II to support billing and maintenance coordination for fleets nationwide. You will manage transactions, document interactions, and maintain relationships with customers and field teams.

The role emphasizes scheduling proactive maintenance, precise data entry, and collaboration with operations to ensure smooth service delivery. An opportunity to grow within a large fleet maintenance provider.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across levels of the organization.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills; able to learn new platforms such as FSCA IT Systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).

Mansioni

• Assist with billing-related maintenance transactions from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician.
• Timely and accurate documentation and notation in Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customer calls.
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customers approval for all repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business.
• Partner and communicate with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians to accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work for each supported technician.
• Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in Dispatching and Service Scheduling.
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
