Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry; learn new fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody by repair tech.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services performed.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians.
• Encourage advance scheduling to maintain a steady work pipeline.
• Develop and improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
