Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong organizational skills and task balancing
• Excellent Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn new platforms
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance is helpful
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until custody of the repair technician
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance
• Contribute to developing Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
