Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to support fleet operations from a remote-friendly setup within the United States. You will manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely, accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; related discipline with lesser experience also acceptable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional rapport with customers.
Proven ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
Document in Cox Fleet systems with accurate customer contact records.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
Proactively schedule preventive maintenance to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with Field Operations to deploy the right technicians.
Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady pipeline of work.
Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
