Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support billing, scheduling, and customer service for fleet maintenance. The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination to completion, while ensuring accurate CRM/system documentation and strong customer rapport.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years in related field, or alternative combos as described.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact at all organization levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted partnerships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; quick to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes in all markets within the area.
• Manage the end-to-end maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with field operations for technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to create a consistent work pipeline for technicians.
• Collaborate with dispatch and service scheduling to improve operations.
