Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Flavor Sales Account Executive to drive sales in the Northern California region. The role focuses on new and existing client growth, with emphasis on building lasting relationships and exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• BS in Food, Business, Marketing, or related Science.
• Minimum 5+ years of selling ingredients, flavors, or related experience.
• Proven experience in flavor sales or a related industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts in the West Coast region.
• Develop detailed strategic business plans to meet goals and quota.
• Lead projects and presentations to clients, showcasing flavor formulas.
• Maintain frequent client contact, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Communicate progress on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
