Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. is seeking a Flavor Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the Midwest. Based in Northbrook or remote within the region, you will manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and present flavor solutions to clients.

You will build lasting relationships, exceed quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful flavor formulas. A BS in a related field and 5+ years of flavor sales experience are preferred; competitive salary with bonuses

• Minimum 5+ years of selling ingredients, flavors, or related experience.
• Proven experience in flavor sales or a related industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and renew accounts while building new client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
• Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses; base salary range $90,000 - $180,000 + Bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
