Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, a global leader in flavor innovation, is seeking a highly motivated Flavor Sales Account Executive for the Midwest region. You will drive sales with new and existing clients, build lasting relationships, and align with Bell's goals while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years of flavor sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

BS in Food, Business, Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent.
5+ years of selling ingredients, flavors, or related experience.
Proven experience in flavor sales or related industry.
Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage and renew accounts while building new client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts in the Midwest.
Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas.
Lead projects and presentations to clients, showcasing flavor formulas.
Maintain frequent client contact to understand needs and resolve issues.
Engage in ongoing learning and networking within the midwestern business community.
Collaborate with Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to report progress on initiatives.
