Synergy Flavors is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our largest accounts from a remote Western Territory (CA, UT, AZ, ND, OR, WA). You will drive revenue growth, shape long-term plans, and negotiate multi-year agreements with senior stakeholders across R&D, procurement, marketing and leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in flavor/CPG sales with a proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar portfolios and lead cross-functional teams in global contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in flavor, ingredient or complex B2B CPG sales.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior customer stakeholders.
• Mastery of negotiation, strategic selling and long-term account planning.
• Leadership in cross-functional and global environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow high-value national and multinational strategic accounts.
• Develop long-term customer strategies, roadmaps and multi-year plans.
• Lead complex negotiations including multi-year contracts and pricing strategy.
• Build executive-level relationships across R&D, procurement, marketing and leadership.
• Guide cross-functional teams for alignment and flawless execution.
• Identify and champion major new business initiatives with significant revenue impact.
• Provide strategic insights, forecasting and risk analysis to commercial leadership.
• Represent Synergy at industry conferences and strategic meetings.
• Mentor and resource to the Account Manager and ADS teams.
