Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the US, Latin America, and India. We partner with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, Glean, and dbt to tackle the data and AI challenges facing large enterprises.

The Territory Director will drive strategic partnerships, acquire new customers, and manage relationships within your buying accounts in the Northeast US. You will own territory development, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close $250K+ deals.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in all practice areas.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive and execute lead generation activities to grow market share.
• Partner with team members to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for the phData brand in your territory and accounts.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to identify stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete and embrace training for continuous improvement.
