RethinkFirst is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. The role involves day-to-day accounting activities, bank reconciliations, and supporting the month-end close and external audits.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of accounting experience, an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
