Job summary

Offchain, the team building on Arbitrum, seeks a senior leader to drive client engagements and developer success. You will stay hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details while guiding customer adoption of Arbitrum technology.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and external teams to influence roadmaps and go-to-market plans for onchain products, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with fintech or financial institutions to improve core infrastructure.
• 8+ years in technical roles across engineering, infrastructure or architecture.
• 4+ years leading high-performing technical teams.
• Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems.
• Solid understanding of blockchain tech, networks, smart contracts and rollups.
• Proven client-facing experience with ability to translate tech to business goals.
• Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements by partnering with customers to develop bespoke concepts and onboarding.
• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising onchain teams.
• Relay feedback from projects and developers to shape roadmap and GTM for new products.
• Collaborate with engineering and research to improve the platform from core protocol to app layer.
• Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
