Job summary

Offchain is seeking a senior player-coach who will lead client-facing technical strategy around Arbitrum, while staying hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details.

You will partner with leading application teams to improve experiences using Arbitrum technology, accelerate growth, and bring ambitious on-chain products to market. Collaboration with engineering and partner teams, including our CTO and Head of Product, is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with fintech companies or financial institutions.
• 8+ years in technical roles.
• 4+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into practical plans.
• Fundamental understanding of blockchain tech, including rollups and on-chain infra.
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements by partnering with customers to develop bespoke concepts and onboarding plans.
• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with application teams.
• Collaborate with Product to relay feedback and shape the roadmap, especially for developers.
• Work with engineering and research teams to improve platform, from core protocol customizations to app-layer improvements.
• Own developer success across Arbitrum ecosystem, helping teams implement and integrate Arbitrum tech.
