Job summary

Offchain is seeking a senior product/solutions leader to drive strategic client engagements and partnerships on the Arbitrum ecosystem. You will lead hands-on technical work, shape product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate on-chain product adoption.

The role requires extensive experience in fintech contexts, blockchain fundamentals, and proven leadership in technical teams. Remote-first with an NY office and strong reimbursement programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Direct experience working with fintechs or financial institutions.
• 8+ years in technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, or architecture.
• 4+ years leading, managing and developing technical teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into practical plans.
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, including rollups and on-chain infra.
• Proven client-facing communication guiding implementation decisions.
• Passion for blockchain and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements, guide onboarding and adoption on Arbitrum.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships with application teams.
• Collaborate with Product to relay feedback and shape go-to-market strategy.
• Work with engineering and research to improve platform and protocols.
• Own developer success across leading application teams using Arbitrum.
