Job summary

Offchain is seeking a Senior Technical Product Leader to guide client engagements and shape the roadmap for Arbitrum-based solutions. You’ll work with product, engineering and partners to deliver scalable blockchain platforms and developer-friendly experiences.

You will combine hands-on coding with strategic direction, leading teams across fintech and blockchain domains while communicating complex technical concepts to clients and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience in fintech modernization or transformation.
• Extensive background in scalable, reliable systems design.
• Proven track record leading high-performing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of blockchain tech including rollups & on-chain infra.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and onboarding for Arbitrum-related solutions.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships with application teams.
• Collaborate with Product to feed feedback into roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Work with engineering and research to improve core protocol and app-layer features.
• Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
