Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Talent Program Manager to design and scale talent selection and assessment programs. You will own rubrics, calibration, and structured interviews, guiding hiring decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech to implement scalable interviewer enablement and change management strategies, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
• Experience designing structured frameworks, moving at speed, and shipping programs that change how organizations operate.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including KPIs and hiring outcomes.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, including rubrics and calibration processes.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecards, structured interviews, and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive change management for new selection programs, including enablement materials and communications.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and validate assessment effectiveness.
• Research and pilot new assessment tools and vendor solutions to improve talent evaluation.
