Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Senior Talent Program Manager to design and drive scalable talent selection programs. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech to implement rigorous assessment systems that improve hiring quality.

You will develop interview rubrics, calibration processes, and change-management strategies while partnering with analytics to measure program impact and iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution, with detailed project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including KPIs and hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building the frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans and delivery timelines.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs and use data to validate effectiveness.
• Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
