Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager on the Talent Programs team within People Success to design and execute scalable talent selection and assessment processes that drive high-quality hiring at scale. You will own end-to-end program design, lead cross-functional initiatives with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech, and partner with analytics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or related consulting.
• Proven ability to design structured frameworks and ship cross-functional programs.
• Experience in technology companies with structured interview processes and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive the change management strategy and adoption tracking for new programs.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and data-driven improvements.
• Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
