Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to own the design and execution of scalable talent selection and assessment programs. You will drive cross-functional initiatives with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech to ensure high-quality hiring decisions across the organization.

You will build interview frameworks, methods, and bias-reduction practices, while partnering with analytics to define success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or management consulting.
• Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks at a tech company.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and inform senior leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs with calibrated rubrics and frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Tech, and other COEs.
• Develop scalable interviewer enablement programs including scorecards and structured interview methodologies.
• Lead change management for new selection programs with enablement materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria.
• Research and pilot new assessment tools and vendor solutions to improve talent evaluation design.
