Job summary

Coinbase is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to design and execute talent selection at scale. You will own the framework, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase.

You will lead cross-functional execution with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Tech, and other COEs, building scalable interview processes and decision criteria while partnering on adoption, enablement, and measurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR program management or talent operations.
• Experience designing structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Data-driven with KPIs and hiring-outcomes analysis.
• Background in selection science or psychometrics preferred.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs.
• Drive change management for new selection programs.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics.
• Shape the talent evaluation methodology and pilot tools.
