Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional programs.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and translate findings for leadership.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology or psychometrics is preferred.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, with detailed project plans and timelines.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecard design and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive change management for new programs, with enablement materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and validate assessment effectiveness.
• Shape the talent evaluation methodology by researching new tools and vendor solutions.
