Job summary

Coinbase is a remote-first company with quarterly in-person surges. We are seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager on the Talent Programs team within People Success to design and execute scalable talent selection at Coinbase.

You'll own end-to-end selection frameworks, lead cross-functional efforts with COEs, and build interviewer enablement and change management programs to raise hiring quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or talent operations.
• Proven ability to design structured frameworks and ship programs at speed.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes and rubrics.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Background in IO psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods is preferred.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecards and structured interviews.
• Drive change management for new programs, including materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on criteria.
• Shape evaluation methodology by piloting new tools and vendor solutions.
