Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager on the Talent Programs team within People Success. You will own the design and implementation of global talent selection and assessment programs, building frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase.

You will lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed plans, stakeholder alignment,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or management consulting.
• Ability to design structured frameworks and ship programs that change how organizations operate.
• Experience building or redesigning interview processes, rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a tech company.
• Fluency with data to validate program effectiveness and translate findings for senior leadership.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods is preferred.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs with frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs, including scorecard design and structured interview methodology.
• Manage change management strategies for new programs, with enablement materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define and measure success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria.
• Shape evaluation methodology by researching and piloting new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
