Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to design and scale talent selection and assessment programs. You will build frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes to drive high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase.

You will lead cross-functional execution with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery while measuring outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
• Proven ability to run multiple cross-functional programs with detailed plans and outcomes.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes and evaluation rubrics.
• Experience using data to validate program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecards and structured interviews.
• Drive change management strategy for new programs with enablement materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on criteria.
• Shape methodology by researching and piloting new assessment tools and vendor solutions.
