Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager in a remote-first company with quarterly in-person surges. You will own the design and execution of scalable talent selection and assessment programs that drive high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Tech to deliver measurable outcomes, build interviewer enablement, and continuously improve evaluation frameworks using data and research methods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
• Proven ability to design structured frameworks, move at speed, and ship programs that change how organizations operate.
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company.
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, with KPIs and leadership-facing insights.
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs with rubrics and calibration.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs, scorecards, structured interviews, and bias-reduction practices.
• Drive change management for new programs, with enablement materials and adoption tracking.
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria.
• Shape evaluation methodology by piloting new tools and vendor solutions.
