Job summary

Second Front is seeking a seasoned project delivery professional to manage customer onboarding and ensure successful engagements across Sales, Product, Security, and Engineering. You will own project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation while coordinating with highly technical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in onboarding/solutions roles within SaaS or cybersecurity settings, strong communication, and a track record of accountability without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles in SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with highly technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Project manage customer delivery from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive outcomes.
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
