Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical project management or technical delivery roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and hands-on experience with agile project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically.
• Engage directly with technical challenges beyond project coordination.
• Ability to independently use AI-driven prompts to enhance work quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Some travel required (approximately 10-20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-stakes projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle with external resources to align requirements with objectives.
• Develop IT project plans with tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Adjust plans to accommodate changes and manage risks for timely milestones.
• Set and manage expectations with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Serve as an SME for Fortress products and stay updated on features.
• Advise clients on how Fortress solutions meet their needs.
• Escalation point for complex challenges and problem-solving.
• Build client relationships with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with clients on implementation approaches and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
