Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Senior Onboarding Consultant to lead onboarding and implementation for customers across its Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management products. You will partner with Sales, CSMs, and Engineering to guide configuration, activation, and initial high-value use cases in production.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on platform setup, and a focus on delivering seamless onboarding with minimal supervision. Remote US-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience in IT Security or AI/SaaS space is a plus.
• 3–5 years in customer implementation, onboarding, support, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Experience with a Services PSA solution and/or time tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, IE).
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Superior customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring timely deployment of KnowBe4 platform.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Sales to design onboarding plans.
• Provide hands-on support during platform setup, configuration, and initial training.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Recommend integrations and best practices for platform adoption and production use cases.
• Ensure smooth handoff between Sales and Customer Success teams.
