KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Consultant to drive successful customer onboarding across Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management.

You will partner with Sales, CSMs, and Engineering to tailor onboarding plans, provide hands-on setup, and guide customers toward rapid value realization. Strong communication and project coordination are essential. The role requires 3–5 years in related roles, familiarity with IT security and AI/SaaS, and experience with CRM tools

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
• Familiarity with IT Security and AI/SaaS tech
• 3–5 years in customer onboarding/implementation/support roles
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with PSA/time-tracking tools
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers to ensure timely deployment
• Collaborate with CSMs and Sales to design tailored onboarding plans
• Provide hands-on support during platform setup, configuration and training
• Act as primary point of contact during onboarding and resolve inquiries
• Recommend how to integrate KnowBe4 products into customers' environments
• Share best practices for moving customers to adoption
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales and Customer Success
• Work with Product/Engineering/Support on onboarding questions
• Document all onboarding steps and milestones
• Independently manage account load with minimal supervision
• Handle larger workloads with deeper product knowledge
• Lead junior teammates on best-practice adoption
