Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to scale servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that ensure operational readiness, align people, processes, and enablement systems with the servicing strategy, and own cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience in large-scale/global operations.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (certifications preferred).
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, AI-driven knowledge tools).

• Own cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities.
• Define servicing strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate concepts into manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve knowledge systems (SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools) for scalable access.
• Plan and deliver learning programs (onboarding, continuous learning, product rollouts) with measurable impact.
• Design for global readiness with regulatory and product launch considerations.
• Use metrics and dashboards to monitor workflows, knowledge adoption, and training outcomes.
