Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSP, fintech, bank, or crypto with a track record of originating and closing deals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception through close, coordinating across legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.
• Working knowledge of payments and trading ecosystems, including stablecoins, cross-border payments, card networks, payment rails, and digital wallets.
• Ability to translate crypto concepts clearly to senior audiences.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks through targeted outreach.
• Manage deal execution from diligence to close, coordinating across legal, compliance, and tech workstreams while meeting revenue targets.
• Lead partner conversations by mapping Coinbase's infrastructure capabilities to partner-specific value.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales for smooth onboarding.
• Share market insights to inform Coinbase's roadmap and positioning.
