Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto.
• Experience handling multi-stakeholder deals from diligence to close.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, and stablecoins is essential.
• Ability to translate crypto concepts for executive audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, legal, and solutions teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships and grow existing relationships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth.
• Lead executive-level conversations, articulating value propositions.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, and Sales teams for onboarding.
• Shape roadmap by sharing market insights from field.
