Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• 2+ years of experience managing a software team.
• Experience with AWS, MySQL, Spark and Kubernetes.
• Experience in financial systems, ledgering, treasury or related domains where data accuracy matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication for a global team.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long horizon and align with product goals.
• Collaborate across product management, design & analytics for sustainable solutions.
• Advocate for robust technical solutions and operational processes.
