Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to partner with senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational challenges within the Institutional group.

You will structure complex problems, build quantitative business cases, and translate data into executive-level recommendations shaping product and segment strategy. You will own end-to-end work, from framing to implementation, while strengthening processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy.
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that inform leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets.
• Track record of delivering clear written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools (Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools (Dune Analytics, Etherscan) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, strategic problems for Coinbase leadership and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models to identify opportunities for Institutional products and go-to-market.
• Understand competitive positioning and crypto landscape to sharpen recommendations.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact on Institutional products.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation, not just slides.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and tooling to strengthen team capability.
