Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute strategic cross‑channel campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and other emerging channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, and customer acquisition. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple industries including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience launching programs across multiple media channels.
• Familiar with CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking tools and platforms.
• Analytical, data-driven with metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite and affiliate channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance for assigned partners to grow revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize marketing programs across marketplaces, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
• Serve as merchant advocate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to improve execution.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs, supporting dedicated marketing plans and materials.
• Identify targets based on acquisition and engagement goals.
• Work with media agency, growth marketing, and brand/creative teams on plans and briefs.
• Support budgeting, calendar, compliance, and campaign documentation.
