Job summary

mPulse, a leader in healthcare AI and member engagement, seeks a Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and provide actionable performance insights. You’ll own campaigns and sales outreach programs, ensuring accurate reporting across the funnel.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, and document best practices across our marketing tech stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or a comparable systems role with hands-on platform ownership.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution, reporting, lead conversion, field mapping.
• Analytics experience: build reports, reconcile data, draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Lead lifecycle management from capture to routing and conversion.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create marketing reports and dashboards; validate accuracy before distribution.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch through pipeline.
