mPulse is a leader in conversational AI and member engagement for healthcare, enabling health plans to engage members effectively.

The company seeks a Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights. You will own systems, integrations, and workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, and RingLead, partnering with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation, or similar systems role.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience including attribution, reporting, lead conversion, and field mapping.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts: data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation; or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync issues.
• Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle: capture, validation, scoring, routing, and conversion.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create and maintain campaigns, emails, forms, and landing pages in MA platform and CRM.
• Build marketing reports and dashboards; ensure accuracy before distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on data quality and reporting.
• Support platform migrations and data preparation for projects.
