You will own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, and more, ensuring data integrity from first touch to advocacy. You’ll report to the Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager and partner with Marketing,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or similar role with platform ownership.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution and reporting.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports, reconcile data, derive conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Own lead lifecycle: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion.
• Build and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lifecycles.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create campaigns, emails, forms, and landing pages with QA checks.
• Manage list processing and CRM delivery end-to-end.
• Develop marketing reporting dashboards and distribution checks.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide written recaps and recommendations.
• Support funnel attribution, governance, and first-touch analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on data quality.
• Support platform migrations with data prep and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack, mappings, and data flows.
