Granicus, a remote-first Govtech leader, seeks a Sales Director to guide a high-performing team of Account Executives selling innovative technology to local government agencies. You will set sales strategy, coach the team, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced public sector environment.

You will recruit and develop talent, forecast and budget, plan accounts, and drive revenue growth by expanding white space and aligning product strategy with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in complex deals in the government technology sector.
• Proven success selling to local government agencies and understanding public sector procurement.
• Ability to train and mentor Account Executives on strategic account planning and quotas.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–10 Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Set sales strategy, coach, and develop the team for high performance in local government markets.
