Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to help onboard and support our retail partners during the integration of the Affirm solution. You will work with merchant operations, engineering, and partner teams to troubleshoot issues and build scalable processes.

The role emphasizes strong technical communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements with attention to detail. Remote-first with flexibility in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in Tech, eCommerce or SaaS preferred.
• Excellent written communication with stakeholders, customers, or partners.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical skills for client engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently with high attention to detail.
• Nice to have: experience with Shopify or WooCommerce; payments/ecommerce exposure; knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to merchant partners on onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical integration issues with ecommerce front-end and order management systems.
• Identify and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop detailed technical documentation for internal and partner use.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to relay client feedback and improve product features.
