Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to help implement our commerce solutions for merchant partners. You will act as the primary liaison during integration, collaborating with Engineering and Merchant Operations to resolve issues, optimize processes, and scale support.

Responsibilities include guiding merchants through marketing, accounting workflows, troubleshooting, and documenting technical steps. A strong communicator with 1–3 years in tech/ecommerce is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Tech/eCommerce/SaaS or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Nice to have: knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Affirms products for partner merchants.
• Serve as primary contact for partners' business and technical teams during integration.
• Troubleshoot account and integration issues and provide quick solutions.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and cross-functional workflows.
• Provide product feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve features.
