Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking an A/P Specialist to manage the full AP cycle, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding, and reconcile related GL accounts. The role includes processing employee expenses and corporate card transactions, supporting procurement workflows, and ensuring internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
