Job summary

Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. You will partner with field leadership and hourly employees to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle on-site.

You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, policy guidance, and records maintenance while collaborating with project teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience and operational success. Travel or relocation may be required based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Review timekeeping and attendance to assist payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Partner with HR and operations on compliance initiatives and projects.
